There’s numerous ways to get into the city from Alicante airport. Flights to this airport are available from most international airports (it is the gateway to Benidorm after all!)

Taxis from the airport take approximately 20 minutes into the city at a cost of around €20 - €30. The taxi rank is located on the top level of the airport.

There’s a regular bus service from Alicante airport to the city, running every 30 minutes from the bottom floor of the airport. This bus takes approx 25-35 minutes to the city center depending on the route and stops, and costs around €3.50 - €4.50.
If you happen to be travelling in directly on the day of the wedding, a taxi from the airport is the most efficient option. Taxis from the airport take approximately 30 minutes to the venue at a cost of around €30 - €40. The taxi rank is located on the top level of the airport.

Whilst the wedding itself is taking place in a suburb of Alicante San Juan, we recommend staying in Alicante city center. There’s tons to do there as a guest including scenic walks, local markets, the old town, the amazing Santa Barbara castle, lots of pubs, restaurants and clubs, and of course - the beach.
Our recommendations for places to stay are listed below:

Perfect location for group

Close to tram stop directly to the city

2 minutes from San Juan beach and clubs

We will be organising a shuttle bus service from Alicante port to the venue on the day of the wedding, if you wish to avail of this service please select this option when RSVP’ing.

You can also take taxis from the city center, the journey would take approx 15-20 minutes at a cost of €15 - €20. There’s a taxi rank located at the fountain by Alicante port with taxis ready to go.
If coming from other areas of Alicante, the best apps to use for taxi's are 'Cabify' or 'Uber'.
